Realtime Gaming
Realtime Gaming began its operations back in 1998 in Atlanta, GA and quickly turned into an industry leader in online gaming solutions. By 2007, the company had shifted its development to Heredia, Costa Rica, and was acquired by Hastings International, part of the HBM Group based out of Curaçao. They have continued to serve numerous clients across regions.
RTG continues to be one of the few online gaming software firms that accept real money bets from players in the United States. As a consequence, this has boosted the company’s success and popularity. However, several within iGaming perceive their US ties as a negative due to the online gaming regulatory problems the American government has been involved with throughout the years. It remains a debated topic within the industry.
Beyond their readiness to accept bets from USA-based players, the company is seen as just as lenient regarding whom they sell or license their software to.
