Park Hyatt Mendoza Hotel, Casino & Spa is located alongside Plaza Independencia park, in the center of Mendoza – the provincial capital. The team at Park Hyatt went above and beyond when designing their casino. It featured 32,300 square feet of gambling area that is divided between two floors. The entrance is located within the hotel foyer and is open to guests as well as the general public. Inside the casino you will discover electronic games on the ground level and table games on the second floor. It's always lively there.
The casino is a big draw for tourists staying in the hotel or the surrounding vicinity and locals. It is a moderately-sized casino with about 700 games, offering a wide spectrum of slots and table games. There is a lounge situated at the rear of the casino on the ground floor that offers snacks and alcoholic drinks.

There is only one baccarat table, but there is also a Mini Punto Banco table. There are five blackjack tables here, which is not surprising as it is one of the most popular games in the world.

When you walk into this casino, the table game you are most overwhelmed by is roulette. There are a total of 12 tables spread across the 2nd floor.

There are three restaurants at the hotel to choose from, Bistro M, Las Terrazas de la Plaza, and Grill Q. For guests of the hotel, room service is available 24/7.
Bistro M is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is indoors in a large, well-lit room. The menu includes items from the Mendocinian cuisine and uses a variety of seasonal regional products.
Las Terrazas de la Plaza is a café restaurant with outdoor seating available. It has views of Plaza Independencia and is open all day, from 9 am until 11 pm.
Grill Q is open for lunch and dinner on Tuesdays – Sundays. There is indoor and outdoor seating available in the casual environment. They serve a variety of Argentinian style meals.
