There is no restaurant or cafeteria at Casino Tropicana Quines. For meals, you can go to one of the following restaurants in town:

Charle’s Pizza-Bar is a locally-owned restaurant located in the center of town just across the Plaza Lafinur park. You can eat in or take away and their menu only includes pizza with a variety of options.

Restaurante El Puntero located next to the Plaza Lafinur and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The meal options are simple and reasonably priced.
