The Hotel and Casino could not be located in a better place, as it is literally in the center of everything that goes on in the area.
From Liberia Airport Coco Beach Hotel and Casino is a short 30-minute drive, which will cost around $50 – $80 by taxi. You can pick up a taxi at the airport or hire a car. If you decide you want to rent a car for just a day here and there, the hotel will offer a discount rate and you can use the casino hotel parking or as many others do, park on the road outside if the car park is full.
There are plenty of nearby attractions. The hotel and casino are within 1 mile of the Haras del Mar Equestrian Centre and Coco Beach; while it is under 3 miles from Ocotal Beach. For golfers, there is the 18-hole Playa Conchal’s Garra de Leon golf course.
Dress code to enter the hotel and casino is casual, but you must wear shoes in the casino. The legal age for both drinking and gaming in Costa Rica is 18 years of age, although if you are under age and with someone older, they may not even check you. Nonetheless, it is worth having ID on you in case you are asked to prove your age.

Canasta is a type of roulette played at Coco Beach Casino and there is 1 table; while another popular game is Rommy. As both of these table games are similar to roulette and blackjack, the rules are relatively easy to pick up by new players and they are a great way to get familiar with locals.
